Quality policy of Smoy
The starting points of the quality policy of Smoy are fulfilment of contracts and regulations, customer satisfaction and commitment of the organisation to continuous improvement of its operations.
The mission of Smoy is to fulfil the needs of its customers to obtain geological samples and survey results describing the soil. A large part of the activities of Smoy take place in the relatively independent field teams.
The quality goals of Smoy are:
- Increasing and maintaining the quality awareness of all personnel with the aim of cost effective activities that fulfil the regulations and meet contracts.
- Quality of the results given to the customer meets the contract.
- Activities conform to uniformly defined working practices and procedures.
- Systematic monitoring and evaluation of customer needs to improve existing and develop new products.
- Quality assurance and post-marketing practices are an inherent part of the activities.
- Detailed quality goals and requirements are defined in the work instructions.
- Professional skills required for fulfilling quality goals are considered in the training of the personnel.
